Hi Folks
Didn't this year scoot by. There's only one event to go and then it's Christmas.
We should have known something was afoot by the amount of junk mail piling up
in our letter boxes. With only one function to go it means we're taking bookings
for next year's events. If anyone has a preferred date jump in quick to grab it.
Three Friday nights have already been snaffled, add to that the Christmas event
which means we are seeking sponsors for only seven functions. I know the economic
outlook is gloomy, which is all the more reason we need to stay in contact with
each other, let our hair down and talk about the things that matter to us with
fellow business people. To that end we are also aiming to spread the load and
increase the number of business sponsors for each event. The growing popularity
of the Friday night functions has meant that drinks did get a little short with
only one sponsor. With two, or three sponsors, there should be a little more to
go a little further, and spread the sponsorship load further.
As always we are looking for venue sponsors as well as business sponsors interested
in hosting an evening. If you want to know more or grab a date, then just come
on up and say hello.

Sorry - We did not manage to get photos for last month but our commpliments
must go to Z-Pac for the excellent evening , great refreshments and catering and
a professional presentation.
What a great group ,and how amazing is the Theatre and infrstructure they have
put together.
A real credit to Z-Pac and of great value to the Hervey Bay Community.
